• Accounts must be registered with accurate business and contact details.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse or violation of policies.

4. Subscription and Payment

• All services are subscription-based. Fees vary depending on the selected plan.
• Payments are processed securely via approved gateways.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before renewal date.
• No refunds are issued for partial usage or mid-term cancellations.

5. Service Usage

You agree not to use GulfTech POS for illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized activities. Misuse may result in suspension without refund.

6. Data Ownership

All business data entered through your POS account remains your property. GulfTech POS only stores and processes data for operational and backup purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

GulfTech POS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the service, including data loss or downtime.

8. Service Modifications

We may update, enhance, or discontinue features at any time to improve the platform. Major changes will be communicated in advance where possible.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription with written notice. Upon termination, your access will be revoked, and stored data may be deleted after the retention period.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
